Joint Venture Committee - Tibbit to Contwoyto Winter Road - Safe Driver Award

Each year, the Joint Management Committee for the Tibbit to Contwoyto Winter road gives out five (5) awards for Safety-on-the-road, each valued at $5,000. The draw was held at the Tli Cho Landtran office in Yellowknife at the end of the season, and was attended by members of the Joint Venture Committee, Nuna Logistics (road operator) and representatives from several other northern trucking companies.
We are very pleased that three of the five awards given out for the 2007 Winter Road were to Tli Cho Landtran drivers.
The Tli Cho Landtran safety award recipients for the 2007 winter road season are:
- Barry Minoza
- Kerry Pettyjohn
- Reuben Vanderheide
These awards show that Tli Cho Landtran can get the job done safely, and we're extremely proud of all of our drivers for contributing to a safe and successful winter road season.
