All contractors and owner-operators must meet the following requirements:
- Have a reliable tractor
- Have a clean driving record
- Have a current abstract
- Able to submit to a drug and alcohol test
- Willing to undergo random/post-accident drug and alcohol testing
- Able to speak English fluently and understand English
- Must be a Canadian citizen or legally able to work in Canada
